Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules for the purchase and use of gift cards issued by The Golf Studio. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to adhere to these terms.

Gift cards from The Golf Studio are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be clearly stated on the gift card or in the purchase confirmation. Please note that any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Additionally, gift cards cannot be extended beyond the original expiration date, as outlined in the terms and conditions.

· Gift cards from The Golf Studio can be redeemed for any products or services offered by the establishment. 

· According to the terms and conditions, gift cards can also be used for partial payments, with any remaining balance retained on the card for future use within the validity period. 

· You can use multiple gift cards in a single transaction. 

· However, please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

· Gift cards from The Golf Studio are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or recipient, as outlined in the terms and conditions.  

· The Golf Studio reserves the right to request identification to verify the cardholder.

· Gift cards from The Golf Studio are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, as stated in the terms and conditions. 

· No change will be provided in cash for any unused balance on the gift card. 

· In the event of a refund for goods or services purchased with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card (if still valid) or issued as store credit.

Gift cards are considered as cash under the terms and conditions of The Golf Studio. Please note that The Golf Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. If you lose or have your gift card stolen, it will not be replaced unless you can provide proof of purchase, which may include a receipt, email confirmation, or order number. The replacement of lost or stolen gift cards is solely at the discretion of The Golf Studio and is subject to verification of the original purchase. If your gift card is damaged, it may be replaced free of charge as long as the card number remains legible and can be verified.

Customers can check their gift card balance by contacting The Golf Studio directly. It is essential for the cardholder to keep track of the remaining balance and expiration date, as outlined in the terms and conditions.

The Golf Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions regarding gift card purchases at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will apply to all gift cards purchased after the update date. Gift cards purchased before any changes will remain subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

· The Golf Studio’s liability regarding gift cards is limited to their face value. 

· We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift cards, as stated in our terms and conditions. 

· Please note that gift cards hold no value until they are activated at the time of purchase.

These terms and conditions regarding gift cards are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of gift cards will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, as outlined by The Golf Studio.
