Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of gift cards issued by The Golf Studio. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

·  Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

·  The expiration date will be clearly stated on the gift card or in the purchase confirmation.

·  Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

·  Gift cards cannot be extended beyond the original expiration date.

·  Gift cards can be redeemed for any products or services offered by The Golf Studio.

·  Gift cards can be used for partial payments. Any remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use within the validity period.

·  Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.

·  Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

·  Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or recipient.

·  The Golf Studio reserves the right to request identification to verify the cardholder.

·  Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

·  No change will be given in cash for any unused balance.

·  In the event of a refund for goods or services purchased with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card (if still valid) or issued as store credit.

·  Gift cards are treated like cash. The Golf Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

·  Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase (such as a receipt, email confirmation, or order number) is provided.

·  Replacement of lost or stolen gift cards is at the sole discretion of The Golf Studio, subject to verification of the original purchase.

·  Damaged gift cards may be replaced free of charge if the card number is still legible and can be verified.

·  Customers may check their gift card balance by contacting The Golf Studio directly.

·  It is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep track of the remaining balance and expiration date.

·  The Golf Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

·  Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all gift cards purchased after the date of the update.

·  Gift cards purchased before any changes will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

·  The Golf Studio’s liability is limited to the face value of the gift card.

·  We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of gift cards.

·  Gift cards have no value until activated at the time of purchase.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of gift cards will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
